How a site enters a plan
Every plan starts with the site health audit. It tells both of us what shape the site is in, and the plan quote is based on it: no surprises on either side. From there, onboarding means access through your password manager, a staging copy, and the first report at the end of the first month.
If something breaks that maintenance cannot fix, you decide before we act: incidents are quoted separately at the emergency rate, and the monthly price never quietly absorbs crisis work.

The starting rate covers a standard WordPress site. WooCommerce and multisite are quoted on the audit. Security incidents are not covered by the plan: they are quoted separately at the emergency rate, so plan pricing stays honest. No long lock-in: plans are monthly.
